Warm RAW Broccoli Soup

Looking for a healthy soup to warm you up this winter? This recipe is the answer. This soup provides all the nutrients your body needs, and tastes amazing. Steaming the broccoli will give you a comforting sensation and leave you feeling full and satisfied. The broccoli and ginger flavours combine to give this soup a fulfilling texture that will have you going back for seconds.

Moringa Broccoli Soup

Ingredients

- 1/2 Avocado

- 6-8 Decently sized Broccoli Heads

- 1/3 Red Onion

- 1 Celery Stick

- Big Handful of Spinach

- An Inch of Root Ginger

- 1.5-2 Cups of vegetable Stock

- 1 tbsp Moringa Superfood Powder

- Add Chili Flakes if desired

- Add a dollop of Cashew nut Cheese

Lightly steam the broccoli for 5-6 minutes and put all ingredients into a blender. Add garlic, pepper, Herbamare for taste and eat up!
